Cameron spent 27 years in schools, from his early days as an Integration Aide in a Prep classroom to nine years as a Principal in Victoria.
Along the way he ran a graduate teacher network, training more than 270 new and graduate teachers, and sat on his network's executive leading teams across schools.
As a principal he was the buyer and the decision maker, so he knows what it takes to lead a staff room through change.
