I spent 15 years in schools across Sydney and worked in six NSW schools. I wanted to be a principal from very early on, and I got there after ten years. I hold a Master of Education in Leadership and started a PhD while leading a school.

As a teacher, marking written work was my number one pet hate. I take my hat off to teachers and to the leaders because I know how brutal it is.
